The best way to Gain Weight is to go naturally without the use of expensive supplements or steroids. Many beginners believe that they can just chug a bunch of protein shakes and Weight Gainer shakes, and magically they would gain a lot of weight and muscles. In fact, most of these people won’t even gain a pound because they do not know the right information.
What is the best way to Gain Weight?
1.) I am not going to sugar-coat any information here, but you will have to eat healthy most of the time. It is impossible to eat healthy ALL the time unless you do not have a social life. Anyone who is telling you that you can gain lean mass while eating junk food all the time is lying to you.
2.) Do not go crazy with your mass gaining diet. What I mean is that if you normally eat about 2,000 calories, then you should start eating about 2300-2500 calories per day. Do not listen to people who tell you to just double up your calories to 4,000 because you will end up gaining a lot of fat. I don’t know that many people who are looking to get fat.
3.) Every 2 weeks you should step on the scale to see how much you weigh. If you are not gaining weight after increasing your calorie intake by a little, then continue to increase it again. Measure yourself again after 2 weeks.
4.) Spread your meals apart so you don’t feel bloated by eating too much calories at once.
5.) Whether you are working out at home or at the gym, focus on big compound exercises that hit lots of muscle groups at once. By hitting more muscle groups at once, you can spend less time working out, and spend more time feeding your muscles with proper nutrition. Spending too much time at the gym, you will most likely end up overtrained, and your muscles will not grow.
6.) Get more sleep because your muscles grow when you rest. Focus more of your time on eating properly and getting more rest instead of spending most of your time studying the "next biggest muscle building routine".
